Classic Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 50 gm butter melted
  • 1 small egg
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Whisk the butter, egg and milk together.
  • Whisk the dry ingredients into a bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients and fold till the batter is well moist.
  • In a hot pan, spray oil. Pour a small ladle of batter. Cook till holes appear.
  • Flip and cook on the other side till golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with honey or jam. Makes 6 pancakes.
