Sprinkle the chicken with half the soya sauce and some salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil and add the chicken. Cook till the chicken turns white. Drain and set aside.
In the same oil, fry the garlic briefly. Add the onion and saute till wilted.
Add in the sauces and give a quick stir. Add back the chicken and coat well.
Cook on closed lid till the chicken is done.
When the chicken is almost getting done, add the capsicum. Add salt and pepper as need.
Serve warm garnished with spring onions.
