My friend, Imara had tried the Rava Kesari and absolutely loved it. She wrote to me, “Being a Sri Lankan, I have always enjoyed Indian sweets. I tried your Rava Kesari and it tasted good when hot as well. A frequent reader, Mrs. Shahana Razak, who is based in Bangalore, has tried a few recipes from the blog including the Thalassery Chicken Dum Biriyani, however was not able to take clicks. This time, she ensured that when she cooked theΒ Beef Roast, she would sent me a click across and she did! Just look at how yum it looks… Thank you so much Shahana! πŸ™‚

Shahana also tried the Mattar Kheema, but with beef mince and absolutely loved it! πŸ™‚

It feels nice when somebody in your family tries your recipes!!! My sister, who is based in Virginia in USA, tried a few from here for a party at her home… I am so glad that she sent the pictures for me to feature here! What she tried were Murg Chanay, Beef Roast and Rava Kesari and she was so glad with how they turned out to be… πŸ™‚

 

Feels very good when I become the reason for my bestest blog friend, The Cooking Doctor, for trying out her first eggless bake! She tried the Eggless Orange Chocochip Cake and was mighty pleased with the result! πŸ™‚
