Vegan Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
  1. Combine all ingredients and cook stirring constantly till the mixture is hot and the butter is melted.
  2. Switch off, strain into a mug and enjoy!
Do not boil almond milk and it seems to break up in the process. Just heating it is enough.
