Chocolate Avocado Mousse

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate
  • A dash of vanila essence
  • 1 tbsp date syrup (for sweetness)
  1. Scoop out the avocado and keep it in a bowl.
  2. Melt the chocolate in microwave in 30 second batches till done.
  3. Add the chocolate and remaining ingredients into the avocado and using a hand blender, mash them till smooth.
  4. Empty into 2 bowls and refrigerate for an hour till set.
  5. Enjoy!
