Wholewheat Oats Pancakes

  • 1 cup wholewheat flour
  • ½ cup oats flour (powdered instant oats)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Butter for cooking
  1. Whisk the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk till no lumps.
  3. Heat a tawa, brush some butter and pour a small ladle onto the hot pan. As soon as bubbles start appearing, flip and cook for another two minutes. Cook till done.
  4. Serve warm with honey or anything that you please! :)
