Rose Flavored Yogurt Mousse

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp gelatine
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish
  1. Bloom the gelatine into the hot water. Set aside.
  2. Beat the yogurt and sugar into the whipped cream.
  3. Add the gelatine water and rose water and beat briefly.
  4. Pour into moulds and allow to set for a couple of hours. Garnish with pistachios.
