Chia Oatmeal with Cinnamon Apples

  • 1 cup thin coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1½ tbsp raw sugar
  1. Add the chia seeds to water and allow it to soak for around 10 minutes till plumped up.
  2. Combine coconut milk and oats in a saucepan and cook till done.
  3. Switch off the flame and add the chia water. Mix well.
  4. Toss the diced apples with cinnamon powder and sugar.
  5. Put the oatmeal into a bowl and top with the apples. Enjoy!
