Baked Chickpeas

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp oregano powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Toss up all the ingredients to coat the chickpeas well.
  3. Spread out on a large baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Take out the tray and give it a stir. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool slightly. Can be had warm or at room temperature.
Try to finish within the same day of making! Normally it should not take time to finish! :)
