Baked Egg Toast

  • 2 brown bread slices
  • 2 tsp butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried parsely
  • 2 tbsp grated mozarella
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Slightly flatten the bread slice. In the center portion, press down to create a hollow.
  3. Transfer the bread slices onto a baking pan.
  4. Spread butter on it. Crack open an egg in the center.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over it.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
