Bread Coconut Milk Pudding

  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 large apple
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • A dash of nutmeg powder
  • 15 walnuts, crushed
  • 400 ml can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar (I used honey)
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Peel and chop the apple into small pieces.
  3. Combine the bread, apple, powders and the walnuts in a baking bowl. Pour the coconut milk all over the mixture and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Pour the agave nectar/ honey randomly over the bread mixture.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or till the top gets browned. Serve warm, with more agave nectar/ honey if preferred!
