Chia Mango Pudding

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar
  • ½ mango, chopped
  1. Combine the chia, coconut milk and sugar in a jar and give it a nice whisk.
  2. Keep it overnight in the fridge or till the chia is swelled up.
  3. Bring out, top with the chopped mangoes and enjoy!
