  • 1 tsp ghee
  • ¼ cup aval flakes (poha)
  • 1 tsp stevia (to taste)
  • 3 small bananas (approx 100 gm)
  • ½ cup cold milk
  • A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
  • Nuts for garnish (optional)
  1. Heat ghee. Toss the aval and stevia and saute for a couple of minutes till crisp. Set aside.
  2. In a glass, peel the bananas and place. Mash them with a fork.
  3. Spread the aval on top and then top with the milk.
  4. Sprinkle the cardamom and nuts if using on top and serve immediately. To enjoy, dig in a spoon, give a good mix and eat!
