Chocolate Biscuit Balls

  • 150 gm biscuits (I used arrowroot biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp cooking chocolate powder
  • 20 gm butter, melted
  • Milk, as needed
  • Dessicated coconut to roll (optional)
  1. Powder the biscuits in a blender.
  2. Empty into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Add milk little by little till you have a dough like consistency.
  3. Roll into 8 or 9 equal sized balls and roll into the coconut if using.
  4. Keep it refrigerated just for the ball to settle. Enjoy!
