Double Bean Sriracha Hummus

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 can white beans
  • ¼ cup tahini paste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil + more for topping
  1. Drain and wash the beans. The washing is optional, but I do so to avoid excess salt.
  2. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth.
  3. Empty into a bowl, top with more olive oil and serve as dip with khubz or with vegetables.
