  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp dry ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp grated palm jaggery (karupatti) (to taste)
  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and cook till the jaggery melts and the ingredients are all well mixed.
  3. Strain into a mug and enjoy hot!
You can adjust the quantity of dry ginger and black pepper powder if you need it stronger.
