Biscoff Crunch Pudding

Ingredients
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • ¼ cup Biscoff spread
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 pack Lotus biscuits, crushed coarsely
Instructions
  1. Whip the cream till medium peaks.
  2. Fold in the Biscoff spread and cream cheese.
  3. Spread in a 1 litre glass pan. Sprinkle the crushed Lotus cookies on top.
  4. Allow it to rest in the fridge for an hour. Serve cold!
