  • 2 small raw mangoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A fat pinch black salt/ normal salt
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala (optional)
  1. Wash, peel and chop the mangoes into pieces. Try to scrape off as much from the seed.
  2. Add the chopped mango along with a cup of water and pressure cook on medium heat for several whistles. Switch off and allow it to cool completely.
  3. Once cool, add the mango and water, along with all the remaining ingredients and blitz till smooth.
  4. Pour into a pitcher and allow it to rest in the fridge for an hour or till serving, for the flavors to develop. Enjoy!
