Blueberry Lassi

I was wondering to myself… it’s been ages since I shared any slides that have influenced me. Here is one that I discovered in my archive while browsing through:

I don’t know if I have shared this before but sharing it again… Patience is beautiful, in fact the waiting period after the whole turmoil gives way to mostly a lovely phase in our life. Life is never the same, it always comes up to a better point in life where we look back and tell ourselves, why did I ever go through all that pain? 🙂 It is actually a mystery of life, that nobody will ever be able to explain to you. Allah has said that He will test us in various ways, so I always keep praying to Him to give me patience to handle whatever situation may arise. May Allah bless all of us with patience and steadfastness… Aameen….

Just a simple recipe for the day today… We keep seeing blueberries now on the shelf off and on and I keep buying them to make use of them in different ways. Most of the time, I end up eating them before they get spoiled, hehe… a couple of times I converted them into my favorite way of having fruits – lassi! You can type “lassi” in the search tab at the top of the blog and you will find many of those that I have already posted! So just adding another one to the list. The only thing with blueberries, just like any other berry, is that do not keep this out for too long once blitzed, it tends to curdle, so enjoy it immediately as soon as into the glass from the blender! Off to the recipe…
