Hershey’s White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Somehow what is happening around is very disturbing. For many of us, Alhamduillah, the world is still safe enough for many of us to thrive and our children to grow. But there is a section among us who don’t even know what would be their status the next moment. As the world expressed shock and mourned at the picture of the little boy who hit the shores of Turkey, only time can say what holds for the population in tatters. All we can do is to pray for them as much as we can and do what little we can do. I happened to read this article which was so hitting… It can’t be better expressed… A few days back, an Instagram feed showcased this ayaat… I have no words to say:
“What is (wrong) with you? Why do you not help each other?” (Surah As-Saaffat: 25)

While we keep our faith high in Him and trust Him in what is happening in the world, let me move on to today’s recipe, which is an awesome bunch of cookies. I saw this recipe at the back of the Hershey’s White Chip pack and instantly made them. The quantity I made disppeared in an hour’s time. The kids kept coming in and picking them up from the time they were warm out of the oven, not giving it enough time to even cool down properly. I had a hard time saving up a few to be clicked. Now posting this recipe really makes me wonder, why don’t I bake cookies often, especially when the kids just love them? Hmmm…
